Responsibilities

 

Sales Operations Manager (WPML)

 

As the Sales Operations Manager with WPML, you will work closely with the VP of Sales, AVP of Retention & Account Management, Sales team and Account Management team in order to support sales growth and client retention for the Western Division of Sonic Healthcare USA.   Your primary responsibility will be to streamline the efforts of Sales & Account Management by making the department run efficiently from an Administrative perspective.  This is accomplished by being able to handle a number of ongoing projects that will make the team more efficient and will involve collaboration with all major departments in the laboratory (Sales & Marketing, Billing, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, etc.).

 

With aggressive monthly revenue growth goals for the Sales & Account Management team, your focus will be organizing sales and service processes with Sales Management and providing in-house support in a fast-paced position with exposure throughout the organization. Strong administrative skills are required and one should not be anxious having to manage numbers in Excel.

 

Other additional expectations are as follows:

  • Respond to high priority needs from Sales & Service Management
  • Reduce the burden of administrative tasks for Sales Management so they can be productive and move high priority projects along while in the field
  • Provide administrative support (i.e. file maintenance)
  • Complete CER’s for EMR interfaces for Sales & Account Management team and present to VP, Sales to approve
  • Organize the 90 day forecast, monthly call-in for Sales and weekly Lost Report for Account Management
  • Work with Operations to take care of new accounts (supplies, logistics, I.T., etc.)
  • Organize HC1 CRM at the direction of the AVP, Retention & Account Management
  • Produce Monthly Sales Scorecard (Sales & Account Management) for the VP of Sales
  • Generate and distribute routine reports.
  • Organize events for quarterly sales training and meetings
  • Setting up Interview schedules and onboarding of new hires
  • Additional responsibilities will be added as this position evolves

 

Mandatory Qualifications: Highly advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and File documentation

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in managing multiple projects at once
  • Pleasant, supportive attitude and desire to strengthen a team with aggressive sales and service goals.
