Sales Operations Manager (WPML)
As the Sales Operations Manager with WPML, you will work closely with the VP of Sales, AVP of Retention & Account Management, Sales team and Account Management team in order to support sales growth and client retention for the Western Division of Sonic Healthcare USA. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline the efforts of Sales & Account Management by making the department run efficiently from an Administrative perspective. This is accomplished by being able to handle a number of ongoing projects that will make the team more efficient and will involve collaboration with all major departments in the laboratory (Sales & Marketing, Billing, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, etc.).
With aggressive monthly revenue growth goals for the Sales & Account Management team, your focus will be organizing sales and service processes with Sales Management and providing in-house support in a fast-paced position with exposure throughout the organization. Strong administrative skills are required and one should not be anxious having to manage numbers in Excel.
